the Bear SG awww.. poor you as a child, the only 2 times i was in hospital was when i was stung by a wasp on the hand and passed out.. woke up with a giant hand the other time was a bunch of extra teeth were forcing their way out and it hurt like blazes so the dentist put me under and took them out... only other times were outpatient but considered "emergency", i'd already grown up.. hmm.. stung by a wasp hiding in my shoe... did a superman out the windscreen of an ambulance.. slipped disc and 2 other times inpatient (where i got those drips) slipped disc tonsillectomy
elindra SG As a child I had bronchitis so it was pretty bad Then I always got throat or sinus or stomach infection which resulted me being in hospital and on drip a few times As a teenager I had the luck of getting Dengue like twice and once a virus that has symptoms like Dengue. Now I'm grown up so far everything is good except for flying 3 seats away on a bus and spraining my back twice, and hurting my knee badly while inline skating
the Bear SG btw, has any one of you been swearing at your friend jokingly and suddenly realise someone else was within earshot? amongst us guys, it happens too many times this just popped into my head coz a colleague popped by.. the other day, as we were all going to go for dinner, and we were the latest lot because of one guy's last minute work in the office, and he had to say that he urgently needed to go take a crap... of course another dude and myself started to verbally abuse him... when suddenly we realised an aunty clerical officer was standing at the lift lobby waiting for the lift.. there was this sudden uneasy silence, and we made a mad dash for the stairwell to make our getaway the guy was so ashamed he didn't go take a crap...

the Bear SG went to stretch legs and look at the TV screen showing CNA... there's a live situation being shown on CNA where a bunch of gunmen in Philippines have taken a busload of children hostage... this has been going on for a few hours already... the mastermind is the guy who runs the daycare centre and he's demanding free education and housing for pre-schoolers.. however, in a surreal situation, boxes of pizza were ordered and delivered to him through the window of the bus.. and was given change by the cop delivering the pizza! i'm wondering.. uhhh.. hostage taker just paid for the pizza?
